The Arcadia Li Camp includes the Winston, Takashi, Green Mamba, Bing, Tourit and the Oribi Li-Be claims. None of these claims have been in formal production since the early 1970s.

Production history is limited and largely restricted to the declared output figures available from the Department of Mines (Table below). The concrete foundations of a small crushing plant, and dual milling circuit are all that remain of the old Arcadia plant. A few rails are testament to the short loading and hauling system employing hand pushed cocopan, that was probably in place from the pit to the plant site and rock dump.

Two previous drilling programmes have been undertaken in the claims area, with one campaign done in 1966 and a more recent one done in 1981. Here an extensive drilling programme (Geological Survey Bulletin No.94) is reported to have indicated in excess of 18 million tonnes grading 3 – 5 % Li₂O.  Prospect has not, to date, been able to replicate these grades and associated tonnage and so caution should be applied to the tonnes and grade published by the Geological Survey Bulletin No. 94.

Subsequent investigations determined that the work had been done by Rand Mines, around Independence time, circa 1980. Six of the old the bore hole collars have been identified, one with a hole number AC#4, and depth 47m.  In addition, it is known that a number of the farm water bores on the south and east field were originally diamond drill.
